Trying to change your shape, lose weight and reach your goals can seem an impossible feat alone. With all the contradicting information everywhere…. social media, TV and even from people you know! It’s difficult to know where to start and if you’re doing it correctly. Understandably, most people give up before they’ve even begun out of frustration.
That is why I design my personal training plans based on the individual. What works for you may not work for someone else and vice versa. From the training itself, to the nutrition plan provided, everything is tailored to you personally to ensure you achieve the specific results you have been wishing for.
I have been a trainer for over 10 years and understand that everyone needs a slightly different approach to their fitness & nutrition plan.
How to get started
After making your initial enquiry we will schedule a telephone call to discuss your goals. This also gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have regarding how your personal programme will work and how the process will work for you. In addition, it will give us both the chance to ensure we are good client/trainer fit.
We will then book your consultation.
Your consultation will be a continuation of our telephone call. We will discuss in detail
- Your past experiences with training, nutrition and what has and has not worked for you in the past. (Don’t worry, if you have never tried anything before! We will be starting fresh instead)
- Discuss your goals in specifics. Weight loss, body reshaping, areas you would like to work on more than others etc
- Time frame. When would you like to achieve this by?
- Discussing what has stopped you in the past and how you can stop this from happening again.
- Motivation. Finding out what your true motivations are and what will drive to succeed in the long term.
The Nutrition Plan
Once your initial consultation is completed, we will move on to nutrition. This is a vital part of your success. We will discuss in detail your daily schedule, food likes & dislikes and what is a realistic approach for you personally. I will then create your custom nutrition plan. This will be emailed to you within 24 hours and include:
- Pre macro calculated meal plan
- Step by step meals
- Exactly what foods to eat and when
- Food amounts & portion sizes
- Additional recipes that can be enjoyed by the entire family!
- Guides on how to plan your meals & maintain portion control
- Guides on eating out, alcohol & “cheat meals”
- Advised vitamin protocols
- Water & Hydration
As you will be working with me on a one to one basis, this meal plan can be altered at any time if required. Additional nutrition consultations can be had at any time as part of your package to discuss progress or make any changes needed. This is about what works for you as an individual we can take as much time needed to get a plan in place that will work for you in the long term and is realistic to your lifestyle.
Once your consultation is complete, I will have a full plan in place for your training sessions. You do not need to think too much about this yourself… that is what I am here for! Simply show up for your sessions on time and I will personally train you through each one! The training will consist of 3 30-minute weight training sessions per week. More if requested, however 3 is enough and proves incredible results! These specialised 30 minutes sessions mean you get the maximum stimulation in the shortest time period. While one muscle group is working, the other is resting. This means within a thirty-minute session, without rest, your muscles are worked to full capacity and more volume is obtained than in the traditional 60-minute training routines. They are also incredibly time efficient and can fit into even the busiest of schedules.
The results speak for themselves (please look at my testimonial page). Your results will be monitored weekly to keep you on track, working towards your goals set in the initial meeting. For example, a client looking for weight loss can expect to lose 8-12lbs in the first 6-8 weeks of training if the nutrition protocol is followed correctly. Usually the average is 2-3 lbs per week depending on the client. Changes in shape can be seen within 4 weeks for most clients if all sessions are met. Once we work together and I have your complete transparency, we can see amazing results week to week taking you straight to your overall goal!
